Our Management Team

Working with Paul is a little like working with a hurricane with purpose. He is determined, driven, energetic, and people and community focused.

As CFO, Tosh is responsible for Formula’s financial reporting, acquisitions, and change management.

Brett joined Formula in March of 2020 as a Project Manager and moved into his current Operations Manager (OM) role in July 2021.

As partner and Director of the Project Management office, Kyle manages estimating, cost, and procurement and leads process development for all Formula projects.

As the Director of Operations, Engineering and Construction at Formula, Jim supports the development of project and construction plans.

As Project Director, Andrew trains and mentors Junior Estimating and Project Management staff.

Mark is Formula’s Health, Safety and Environment Manager, and as such, he ensures that all employees, subcontractors, and suppliers comply with company practices and safety and environmental regulations.

Brant joined Formula from the Geotech Group of Companies in April of 2022 in the Marketing and Relationship Manager role.

Before joining Formula, Jonathan worked with IBI Group doing civil design, estimating, budgeting forclients, and site survey and construction management.
