As the Director of Operations, Engineering and Construction at Formula, Jim supports the development of project and construction plans. He has been a registered professional engineer for over 20 years and is licensed to practice in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Before joining Formula in 2014, Jim spent 15 years as a bridge engineer with the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure. He is a proponent of servant leadership and focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of his people and the communities to which they belong.
