As CFO, Tosh is responsible for Formula’s financial reporting, acquisitions, and change management. Most recently, Tosh was deeply involved in the acquisition of Heartland and Van-Con Enterprises. He is proud of his role in growing Formula’s assets. Before joining Formula, Tosh worked in public practice, public service, and large public companies. As a leader, Tosh wants everyone to work toward a common goal while recognizing their importance to the process. You’ll find him skiing and boating with his family when he isn’t working.
